Our Story
Founded in 2018, Achieve With Clarity was built on a simple belief: that real leadership is learned through experience, not just theory. With over 16 years of training expertise and programmes delivered across Singapore, China, Indonesia, Hong Kong, USA and Australia, we have helped more than 14,400 participants grow into confident, capable leaders.
Meet Our Principal Trainer
Our principal trainer brings over 16 years of experience in leadership development and soft skills training. Bilingual in English and Mandarin, she has designed and delivered impactful programmes for organisations including Walmart, NUH, NTU, ST Engineering, Medtronic, SMRT, Certis and Calvin Klein — spanning more than 50 organisations across 10+ industries.
She holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA), is a certified DISC consultant, and has trained over 14,400 participants across Singapore and internationally.
